This time, it was the threat to our sacred constitution that brought forth 91 parliamentary maquisards. Tory MPs are selective in their indignation.

Do they rebel over civil liberties, inequality, wars, or corruption in the financial sector? No, my noble lords, they do not. There are a lot of things about which Tory back-benchers don't give a toss.
