First Minister's vow over Legionnaires'

ALEX Salmond has promised that "no stone will be left unturned" in the investigation into the outbreak of Legionnaires' disease in Edinburgh.

But at First Minister's Questions he said procedures such as Fatal Accident Inquiries, Health and Safety Executive investigations, and any possible criminal proceedings would have to run their course before he could consider ordering a wider public inquiry.
