A SCOTTISH council is intending to charge firms more than £100,000 to fast-track planning bids.
Aberdeen City Council said it was in talks over introducing a fee-charging system that would help it prioritise larger applications. However, opposition politicians yesterday called the move a "money-making scheme".
Kingswells and Sheddocksley SNP Councillor David Cameron said smaller companies and residents with less cash to spare would be pushed aside by the new system.
