THE fate of the landmark former home of the Scots engineer who built the Forth Bridge will be debated this week amid a renewed push to save the building from demolition.
Campaigners are battling to save Sir William Arrol's former home, Seafield House in Ayr, which faces being razed to the ground after falling into disrepair.
The engineer was also behind London's Tower Bridge and the reconstruction of the Tay Bridge.
