A FULL hearing on extradition warrants from Spain and France for a man accused of being a member of Basque separatist terror group Eta has been postponed.
Benat Atorrasagasti Ordonez, 36, is wanted by Spain, which alleges he was in Eta and involved in moving materials, weaponry and men from France. In 2008, he was sentenced in his absence to five years in jail by a French court on criminal conspiracy and terror charges.
