A CHOIR made up of Scottish fishermen's wives and widows is to challenge the success of the chart-topping Military Wives Choir.

The Fishwives Choir, a group of women who have lost their husbands at sea or are married to fishermen, plan to record their first single by the end of the summer – though organisers will not confirm rumours that the song chosen will be When The Boat Comes In, as copyright has not yet been cleared.
