A 35-YEAR-OLD man who died after being hit by a car on the road had apparently fallen asleep in a bus lane, police said.
Craig Williams, from Clermiston, Edinburgh, is thought to have been on a night out with friends before the alleged incident in the early hours of Sunday.
He was found seriously injured in the bus lane of Ocean Drive just after 2am by members of the public. Emergency services took Mr Williams to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries, police said.
