A LEAKED report has criticised an embattled health board after it gave an untendered consultancy contract to a little-known firm.
A probe has found a deal NHS Lothian signed with HD Partners to identify spare private sector capacity did not provide value for money.
The investigation by a health service body also questioned the purpose of the contract and queried when the work was finished.
