TRIPOLI: Libya's wartime prime minister Mahmoud Jibril extended his lead in elections, exit polls showed but Islamist rivals said their share of the votes would be boosted by allied independent candidates.
The 200-seat national assembly is set to choose a prime minister and cabinet before full parliamentary elections in 2013.
