The number of Scots treated as outpatients at English hospitals has risen by more than 10% in recent years, official figures show.
Appointments at hospitals south of the Border have increased year-on-year since 2007, according to statistics released by the Coalition. More than 84,000 Scots have been treated as outpatients in England in the last five years.
