SCOTLAND's cricketers – and Jan Stander in particular – could be forgiven for travelling to Taunton for this afternoon's CB40 encounter with a sense of trepidation.
On their last trip to this venue three years ago, the Saltires conceded a painful 403-3 to a rampant Somerset batting line-up in a competition then contested over 50 overs.
Stander conceded 106 runs from 10 overs while Marcus Trescothick and James Hildreth mercilessly laid into some ragged Scottish bowling.
