TONY WATT insists he has learned more in two months working under Guy Luzon than he did in his final two years at Celtic Park after the Standard Liege manager resigned this week.
The 39-year-old stepped down on Monday after a poor start to the season, with Liege - runners-up last term - toiling in 12th place.
Sunday's 2-1 home defeat to Zulte Waregem was the final straw, and Watt offered his condolences on Twitter. "Thanks coach for everything! I've learned more in 2 months with you than I did in 2 years."
"[He is a] top coach and top man! Honestly don't have one bad word to say about him. Gave me my opportunity and gave everything to the club. Football isn't fair."
