Keri-Anne Payne finished fourth in the women's open water swimming event yesterday as Team GB continued to flounder in the water.
She had dunked shoulders under the water expected to take the gold medal but clambered back out at the end of a race having been unable to exert authority, much like many of the other British swimmers at these Games.
