Banchory's Jon Hammond has now set his sights on Rio after below-par displays in his two events at London 2012.
The 31-year-old began his second Olympic campaign on Friday in the 50m rifle prone, ranking 17th overall after shooting a total score of 593.
On Sunday in the 50m rifle three positions he finished 41st and last – shooting 395 in the prone, 361 in the standing and 386 in the kneeling for a total of 1142.
