MIXED MARTIAL ARTS: WHETHER he's smashing pads at the gym or administering another of his mischievous quips, Dean Reilly hits hard.

Walking past the Griphouse gym in Glasgow, one can always tell when Reilly is in training, such is the ferocity with which he hits the focus mitts.

Yet the 30-year-old from Clydebank is not one of the many meat-heads for whom power is everything. Reilly's striking is every bit as technically sound as it is vicious in its delivery.
