Scots-born Ryan Watt cannnot wait to return to his native country after signing for Braehead Clan yesterday, writes Nigel Duncan. The 22-year-old forward has played for several clubs in England in recent years but he is excited at the prospect of playing in the Elite League. He enjoyed success last term with Slough Jets who won the English Premier League play-off title, winning the final against Manchester Phoenix, coached by Edinburgh-born Tony Hand, 4-1 in Coventry in April.
