ANDY MURRAY has promised to pay any fine imposed on Wimbledon for passing the 11pm curfew in his four-set defeat of Marcos Baghdatis on Saturday.

"I was going to say at 5-1 that I would have been happy to spot any fine the club may get as long as we could finish the match," said Murray, who hurried to serve out the fourth set 6-1, thus ensuring his fourth-round match against Marin Cilic can go ahead later today. "I was just glad they let us finish."
