When Andy Murray examined his draw for the French Open just less than two weeks ago, his eyes would have been drawn to the man they call "Little Beast".

David Ferrer, as he is better known, stands between Murray and a place in the semi-finals for the second successive year.

At 30, Ferrer is as good a mover as there is on the tour and covers the court in terrier-like fashion, while his retrieving skills are equally impressive.
