The Scot's quest to become the first British male singles champion at SW19 since Fred Perry in 1936 – and the first Scottish-born winner since Harold Mahony in 1897 – has been fuelled on a diet of porridge oats, yogurt and energy drink, and he will set his alarm clock for 9am this morning to go through the nutritional routine again ahead of his first Wimbledon final.
