THE nightmare continues on Centre Court for Andy Murray. The 25-year-old Scot yesterday lost in four sets to Roger Federer, bringing the world No.4's fourth consecutive defeat in a grand-slam final.

The Dunblane player endeared himself to the tennis public with a gracious speech in defeat and by a strong performance that was only denied by the brilliance of Federer, now a seven-time champion at Wimbledon and, again, the world No.1 player.
