A MAN fell 120 feet to his death from the 12th century St Rule Tower
in St Andrews yesterday. Mr William Bews, 21, of the town's Forrest
Street, had been with two friends at the top of the tower when the
accident happened. Police said that there were no suspicious
circumstances and they were treating his death as ''a tragic accident''.
