A man has died after a wall collapsed on top of him at a house.
The 67-year-old was rushed to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary after the incident at the property in Langton View, East Calder in West Lothian, on Saturday.
However, he succumbed to his injuries soon after arriving.
Officers from Lothian and Borders Police and officials from the Health and Safety Executive have launched an investigation into the incident.
The street where the incident happened is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town.
It was not immediately known how the incident had happened.
The name of the dead man has not yet been disclosed.
