The death of a woman found in the River Clyde is not thought to be suspicious, police have said.

The body of 23-year-old Victoria Sloss, from Glasgow, was discovered near Napier Drive, in the Govan area of the city, yesterday morning.

Following a post mortem examination her death is not thought to be suspicious, Strathclyde Police said.

However, officers are still keen to establish her movements before her body was found.

It is known that Ms Sloss got out of a silver taxi in Seaward Street at around 4.30am on Friday.

She is described as being around 5ft 6ins tall with a slim build and very long brown hair. She was wearing a white t-shirt, maroon jumper, blue legging jeans and knee-high beige Ugg boots.
