CRIME boss Jamie Stevenson could see his luxury home auctioned under proceeds of crime legislation.
Prosecutors want an administrator appointed to offload the four-bedroom villa after becoming exasperated at Stevenson's failure to sell it.
The 47-year-old – known as Iceman – put the property in East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, on the market after being ordered to hand over almost £750,000 under proceeds of crime laws.
He bought it for £310,000 in 2005 but has now dropped the price to offers over £198,000.
A proceeds of crime hearing at Airdrie Sheriff Court heard there had been no offers for the house in recent months.
Stevenson's lawyer Jonathan Campbell said: "The only realisable asset is the property in East Kilbride, which has been on the market for a number of years now.
"There has unfortunately been no progress on the sale of the property since the matter was last called.
"The price was reduced by £50,000 around a year ago to make it more attractive. However, there have been no offers in the last six months."
The court heard the Crown Office had applied to the Court of Session to have an administrator appointed to take over control of the house and sell to the highest bidder.
Mr Campbell said he would seek Stevenson's approval.
