HE is attributed with making David Cameron look more "butch" by moving the prime ministerial parting from the right to the left and now Lino Carbosiero has been awarded an MBE.
Mr Carbosiero worked his wonders on the Cameron head in 2007, when there was speculation as to whether the then-Leader of the Opposition was suffering from a recession in the hairline department. The hairdresser has now been recognised for "services to hairdressing" in the New Year's Honours list.
"I didn't expect the letter so I thought I hadn't paid my tax," he said.
