The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) has been chosen as the official charity partner for the Round Britain and Ireland Race 2014.
The international sailing event, which starts and ends in Plymouth, also stops at Kinsale, Barra, Lerwick and Lowestoft, which all feature an RNLI lifeboat station.
