A woman who ran a brothel from a Glasgow flat has been ordered to hand over £8280 under proceeds of crime laws.
Jacqui Smillie, 67, was detained on August 16, 2011. She was convicted and ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work as part of a community payback order. A probe found she had profited by £8280 and a confiscation order to recover it was made at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
