PROSECUTORS are to consider a report into an outbreak of Legionnaires' disease in which four people died.
The Health and Safety Executive has submitted its findings to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service into the outbreak in Edinburgh in June 2012. It was thought to have centred on a cluster of cooling towers in the south-west of the city.
