AN admirer reaches for an intricate steel and glass sculpture by the late French-born US artist Louise Bourgeois, currently on show at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art in Edinburgh.

Poids, from 1993, is among the pieces included in a major exhibition of her work, which explores the mystery of human emotions.

Other sculptures including Spiral Woman from 1984 and a giant Spider from 1994 are also included in the exhibition, A Woman Without Secrets, which runs until May 18.
