A HUSBAND and wife married for more than 50 years have joined other couples to renew their wedding vows - in a world record breaking attempt.
Denis and Norrie Sutherland were married at the Kings College chapel in Aberdeen on September 1, 1962. They decided - along with 16 other couples - to take part in an attempt to break the world record at the Cornerstone Church in Cumbernauld on Saturday.
