Edinburgh schoolgirl Ellie Demengeli, 17, shows a novel use for a delicacy more commonly served up in restaurants.
This langoustine had the hair-raising experience during an event designed to teach pupils at the city's St Thomas Aquin's High School more about seafood. The Seafood in Schools project aims to educate children about where products originate from and how they reach their plates, and their health benefits.
