GLASGOW City Mission says that tins of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and puddings are needed.
These can be dropped off at the mission at 20 Crimea St in Glasgow G2 during office hours, or, for larger donations, call to arrange collection on 0141 221 2630 or email info@glasgowcitymission.com.
A typical Trussell Trust food-bank donation includes: milk (UHT/powdered), sugar, fruit juice, soup, pasta sauces, tinned sponge pudding, tinned tomatoes, cereal, tinned rice pudding, tea bags/instant coffee, instant mash potato, rice/pasta, tinned meat/fish, tinned veg, tinned fruit, jam, and biscuits/snack bars.
