THREE women have gone on trial at Edinburgh Sheriff Court accused of shoplifting offences.
Annette Daniel, 52, Jean Donnelly, 47, and 35-year-old Julianne Tomlin, all from Glasgow, deny all the charges which are alleged to have occurred in Edinburgh and Braehead in October and November 2012.
In Edinburgh, Ms Daniel denies stealing a handbag from Harvey Nichols. She and Ms Donnelly deny stealing cosmetics from Space Nk and Ms Daniel, Ms Donnelly and Ms Tomlin deny stealing clothing from Zara.
Ms Donnelly denies stealing two jackets from the Ellis Brigham Store in Braehead and she and Ms Daniel deny the theft of a jacket and pair of trousers from the same store. The trial continues.
