THE father of a six year old girl has told of his pride as she bravely fights a rare inoperable brain tumour.

Sophie Gray spent seven weeks in hospital when she was diagnosed with the tumour as well as E coli and meningitis last year.

Sophie, from Arbroath, Angus, told her parents last year she was suffering from severe migraines.

She was then taken to Ninewells Hospital for an MRI scan that found the tumour. She had two biopsies and five operations at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh.
