A 51-year-old man has been detained on a European arrest warrant, police said.
A number of addresses in Perth were searched during a joint operation between Police Scotland's organised crime unit, Europol and the Belgian police today.
The man is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court tomorrow.
Police said no further details were available.
