A former commercial director at Rangers seeking a £500,000 payout from the club has been denied access to details of major contracts with the Ibrox outfit.
A judge agreed to grant Imran Ahmad access to other information in preparation for his court case against the club, but continued the move over the contracts with firms such as Puma.
Alan Summers, QC, counsel for Rangers, told the Court Of Session, Edinburgh, the contracts contained "extremely sensitive information" and had a "complex set of inter-related commercial provisions".
He said Mr Ahmad was dismissed because Rangers alleged he had posted material that was confidential and damaging to his employers on the internet.
Lord Woolman agreed to grant moves by Mr Ahmad's lawyers for access to material over a deal for the Albion Street car park, financial matters and emails.
