ALGIERS:
President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has been sworn in for a fourth term after triumphing in an election that opponents dismissed as fraudulent. State TV showed Bouteflika, 77, sitting in a wheelchair, take the oath and give a brief speech in a rare public appearance since a stroke last year raised questions about his ability to continue his 15-year reign.
