Court of Appeal judge Sir Alan Moses has been appointed the first chairman of press self-regulation body the Independent Press Standards Organisation (Ipso).
It is set to replace the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) in June. Ipso was appointed following the Leveson Inquiry into media standards.
