Police have revealed the driver of a low loader killed in a collision with a lorry on the Scottish Borders on Thursday afternoon, was a 54-year-old construction worker from Wales.
The accident happened at around 3.30pm on the A7 close to the entrance to Torwoodlee Golf Club, Selkirkshire.
