An explorer pushed endurance to the limit on an epic adventure around Scotland, kayaking on stunning waters and climbing rugged mountains - capturing beautiful pictures along the way.

Will Copestake battled blizzards, blisters and a near sinking during his year-long circumnavigation and ascension of the Scottish coast and Munro mountains.

The 23-year-old adventurer-come-photographer from Ullapool did most of the trip alone, only being joined by family and friends for a couple of days at a time.

He made his way around the coast in a 16-year-old kayak inherited from his father.
