SPANISH police have busted a huge drug smuggling syndicate worth millions of euros.
Eleven people were arrested on suspicion of trafficking after police in Spain smashed the cocaine gang.
The organisation is suspected of smuggling drugs into the country in shipping containers, inside passengers' baggage on international flights and in vehicles.
Officers seized 608lb (276kg) of cocaine, worth an estimated £11 million, plus €254,000 (£205,500) in cash, five vehicles, hydraulic presses and two firearms, a police statement said.
