Woman dies after being found injured in Renfrewshire street
A WOMAN has died after being found injured in a Renfrewshire street.
Police said a 43-year-old woman was discovered in Ewing Road, Lochwinnoch, shortly before midnight.
Emergency services were called, but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
A police spokeswoman said a post mortem examination will be held in due course. The death is being treated as suspicious.
Officers are understood to be following a positive line of inquiry.
