A PRIMARY school has warned parents about the danger posed by online games involving a faceless horror character linked to the stabbing of a 12-year-old schoolgirl in the US.

The victim was left for dead in Wisconsin after being knifed 19 times by attackers obsessed with the chilling, child-slaying Slender Man character.

The girl's classmates, Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier, have been charged with the killing.

They will be tried as adults and face 65 years behind bars if found guilty.

Now Mary Bell, head teacher of Carnock Primary School, in Fife, has written to parents warning them that the content of online horror games Slender Man and House 2 are "not appropriate for young children".
