Bidding is now open for a package that includes:

l A day in the kitchen at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles Hotel, where you will meet Andrew Fairlie and his head chef Stevie McLaughlin, recently seen on the BBC's Great British Menu.

l An overnight stay for two on a bed-and-breakfast basis at the magnificent Gleneagles Hotel, which is soon to host the Ryder Cup.

Andrew Fairlie's restaurant has been voted the best in the UK and one of the top 10 restaurants in the world.

Andrew Fairlie himself is recognised as Scotland's top chef, and is one of a handful of grands chefs du monde.

The bidder who secures this prize will enjoy a unique view of how the restaurant works and benefit from advice and tips that could transform their cooking.

This very special day will be arranged at a mutually agreeable date (excluding September).
