Andy Murray's mother Judy could be facing her own audience - as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.
Judy Murray, 54, is thought to be in talks to foxtrot her way into the limelight and on to the BBC1 ballroom dancing show.
None of this year's potential contestants are thought to have signed contracts for the next series, to be presented by Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly.
But an insider said: "She'd be a fantastic signing on the show."
The tennis coach, who is a big fan of Strictly and has posted comments about the dancers on her Twitter account, kept schtum about rumours that she could compete on Strictly when she was asked about the possibility on TV show Daybreak earlier this year.
However, it has been reported that she is in the advanced stage of talks to join the next series.
The news came as her son arrived on Centre Court yesterday, to a standing ovation, to become the first British man to defend a Wimbledon singles title for 77 years.
Earlier this year, her friend and former tennis star Andrew Castle hinted that she would love to take part.
"She's a huge Strictly nut and would love to do the show. I reckon she'd surprise people. I'm sure she's got the moves," he said.
When asked if Judy Murray would be a good contestant on Strictly, Sir Bruce, who was attending Wimbledon today, said: "Of course she would."
He added: "Judy Murray would be great actually."
The entertainer also said: "We'd like to get Andy on there."
