A businessman will not be allowed to run HGVs after admitting he faked bank statements to obtain an operator's licence.
Roman Moss, 33, from Motherwell, admitted trying to obtain a licence by deception after manipulating his bank statements to make it appear he had £7200 readily available. Those applying for a vehicle operator licence must meet a mandatory financial test.
