A 14-YEAR-OLD schoolgirl who went missing last week has been found safe and well.

Police had issued appeals for help in tracing Harley Douglas, a pupil at Boclair Academy in Bearsden, East Dunbartonshire, after she failed to return home on Monday. Extensive inquiries were made into the whereabouts of the girl who was known to frequent a number of areas around Glasgow, including as far away as Bishopton in Renfrewshire.
