A TAX dodger who admitted swindling £85,000 has repaid £25,000 and has been given nine months to pay back the rest.

Oil worker Graham Dickinson, 41, avoided paying income tax for four years from April 2008 to July 2012.

As a self-employed health and safety adviser, he was employed by four recruitment agencies to carry out work for them. Dickinson, of Battlefield Gardens, Glasgow, previously admitted the fraud at Glasgow Sheriff Court.

Sentence was deferred yesterday until April.
