TWO prisoners who are serving life sentences and who say rules that bar them from voting in the independence referendum breach their human rights are taking their fight to the Supreme Court.
The hearing on July 24 will examine provisions prohibiting prisoner voting in the Scottish Independence Referendum (Franchise) Act 2013.
