A former local authority solicitor is facing jail today after torching his former home in "a fit of emotion".
Bruce Clayson poured petrol onto clothing and bedding at the property in Gargunnock, near Stirling on October 22 last year. Falkirk Sheriff Court heard it had been repossessed and Clayson and his family ejected.
